Site clearance. Bridport - 2019

Many years ago these 28 Lawson Cypress were planted around the edge of the property, along with a selection of deciduous trees. Over time the quicker growing Cypress had started to dominate the sky line and effect the longer term deciduous trees. Below the trees was also a large amount of scrub with old wire mixed into it.

We started this projected off with 3 days of preparation before any felling. This involved removing and recycling all the wire, following this was the Etesia Atilla 98x 4x4 ride on brushcutter that made light work of the scrub. The felling, chipping and processing timber took a further 4 days. The wood chip was used to create paths and the timber milled to build a shed.

These trees had a TPO on them and removal was on the condition that 6 deciduous trees are planted for continuity.
